WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our business contact hours are from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and 8am-4pm Saturday. However, antenatal classes and out of hours lactation consultations can be accommodated upon request.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP SESSIONS FOR YOUR CLASSES?

Although our classes are designed to be one-on-one for a more intimate and personal approach, we do offer group sessions. We would suggest having a group session with family and friends, who will be supporting you through your pregnancy and postnatal journey. The cost of group sessions will depend on the number of participants. Keep a look out on our social media pages for pop-up group classes, at a lower cost, that will be held around the Perth Metro area.

Otherwise you can leave a message at The Gentle Village and they will do their best to accommodate your request.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Most initial consultations for our services will have a patient booking form to complete and return to us prior to your appointment. This will help your consultant tailor a personalised plan or class suitable to your situation and needs.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card payment only if bookings are made through our website. If consultations are made over the phone, you will receive an invoice shortly after your consultation and payment will be required within 5 business days. All of our classes will require a credit card or bank transfer (contact me for the details) prior to your scheduled class.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

The Gentle Village completely understands that life can get in the way of your self care plan sometimes. We kindly ask our clients to give at least 12 hours notice before cancelling your consultation/class. If booking payment has been made, The Gentle Village has the right to reschedule your appointment with you prior to issuing a refund.

Please note: Collaborative services may differ from our cancellation policy. Please contact them directly to discuss their cancellation policy or if you wish to cancel your consultation.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

The Gentle Village is based north of Perth but we provide services for the Perth Metro area.

We can also provide consultation and/or classes to the Mid West, Peel, South West and Wheatbelt regions, depending on the amount of interest provided. 

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH OR VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?

Yes, this can be done on individual request.
