My Hospital Bag Checklist

It's never too early to gather together all the essentials you'll need during labour and birth, and even for after your baby is born. Our checklist has been designed with the help of other mothers and midwives to help you pack the essentials.  

Even if you're not planning to have your baby in a hospital or birthing centre, you may need to go in unexpectedly throughout your pregnancy.

We recommend to have a bag packed by the time you're about 36 weeks pregnant.
