What We Offer
We offer three standalone antenatal classes in Perth - available in-clinic or in the comfort of your home (travel fees apply). Each session is private and one-on-one, with time for questions, customisation and offer you the support you actually need.

We’ll walk through exactly what to expect before, during and after surgery, so you can feel calm, in control, supported, and ready for your birthing experience and recovery.
You’ll also learn how to set yourself up for a gentle caesarean birth, how to support skin-to-skin and breastfeeding after surgery, and how to plan your home setup for postpartum healing.

Want to feel more confident in an emergency? Our one-on-one Parent First Aid Class is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge to respond calmly when your child needs you most.
Taught by a registered nurse/midwife and IBCLC, this class is focused on baby and toddler safety, using real-life scenarios and hands-on techniques. Perfect for expecting parents, new mums and dads, grandparents, and carers.
Whether it’s choking, fevers, allergic reactions, or a nasty bump on the head, we’ll help you feel prepared, not panicked.
