FAQ - Before You Reach Out, You Might Be Wondering…

  • Yes, we offer home visits within 50km of our Stirling clinic.

    Rather than charging a separate travel fee, our home visit pricing is built in:
    – $50 more than the clinic price for locations under 30km
    – $100 more for locations 30–50km away

    💡 This also means you may still be eligible for a Medicare/private health rebate (which doesn’t apply to travel fees).

  • Yes, absolutely! We support all feeding journeys - breast, bottle, formula, or mixed. You don’t need to be just breastfeeding to get our expert help.

  • No referral is needed. You’re welcome to book directly for any of our services, whether you’re seeking midwifery care, lactation support, or feeding assessments.

  • If you’re bottle feeding, pack your usual equipment and a feed. If you're breastfeeding and/or pumping, bring anything you usually use (nipple shields, pump and flanges etc.). A copy of your baby’s health record is really helpful too. If your baby is on solids and you’re concerned about a tongue tie - please bring along 2-3 different textured foods, so we can observe how they’re eating as part of our assessment.

  • Clinic visits are great if you’re happy to come to us. Our space is fully set up with everything we need. Home visits can be more convenient for families with newborns, recent c/section births, multiple children, or specific feeding set-ups you want reviewed in your own environment. Both offer the same high-quality care, it’s just about what works best for you.

  • We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

  • If you book online, payment is required upfront at the time of booking. This secures your spot and ensures we can prepare for your session.

    For services arranged through our admin team, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Payment is due at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    We accept credit card or bank transfer.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

    How long does shipping take?
    We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

    • Standard Postage: 3–8 business days (metro areas are faster, rural areas may take a little longer).

    • Express Postage: 1–3 business days within the express network.

    • International Shipping: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can reach out to us if you're unsure whether we deliver to your country.

      Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

    Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and can be affected by delays beyond our control (e.g. weather events or peak holiday seasons).
